    All of our products are located in our warehouse in Puerto Rico.

  • How long does the shipping take?

    The shipping of your order depends on: the processing time, the shipping option selected at the time of purchase, and your address. If you are based in Puerto Rico, the estimated delivery time is 2-3 work days. On the other hand, if you are in the United States, your package may take around 3-5 working days to arrive.

  • How long does it take to process orders?

    We process orders the same day they are completed by clients.

  • How can I track my package?

    Once you complete your order with us, we will send you a tracking number by email so you are able to track your package.

  • Do you ship outside of the United States and Puerto Rico?

    Not at the moment. The service we offer is exclusively for residents of Puerto Rico and the United States.

  • How are shipping costs calculated?

    Shipping costs are automatically calculated according to the size of the box and weight of the product in order to provide our clients with the best deals in the market.

  • What company is in charge of delivering the products?

    At the moment, USPS, the main postal service in Puerto Rico and the United States delivers all of our products, although we are able to use other providers for special requests.

  • What address is more convenient to receive my product?

    If you reside in Puerto Rico in an urban area and use your residential address as your postal, we recommend using this one in order for your product to arrive easily. On the other hand, if you reside in a rural area in Puerto Rico, we recommend using your postal address so that you are able to pick up your product at the nearest post office.
    For clients who reside in the United States, you may use your regular address without any problem.


  • What payment options are available?

    Payments made be made using any credit card or through PayPal.

  • Is it safe to shop at Pet Stop N Go?
